New power and work calculator online

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up there's a new work/power calculator online:

http://www.athleticslog.com/calculate_workpower

The list of exercises available for calculations will increase as we finish the equations for the athletics log. This is the same calculator that is used to calculate work and power output for workout data entered within the AthleticsLog.

In beta right now. Let me know if you have any trouble.

Wow, that's very cool. I can't wait to try it out. It will be fun to see what develops from this. I think tracking power output over time is the best way to measure progress.
