Unfortunately, the motherboard on my computer went belly up so I'll have to rebuild it before I can get to the file. I believe there is a 2007 compatibility pack available for 2003 users though. It'll probably be a couple of weeks before I have my main computer up and running again...

Re: Zone Diet Spreadsheet

When I enter a food from the drop down menu I get "#NAME?" in the Amount column and "###" in the unit column. Any ideas?

Which sheet is this happening on? Is it for all food items or only a particular one?

By the way I finally rebuilt my PC. I lost all my work on this and actually had to download the file from my original post

Have you made any changes to the spreadsheet? It sounds like it can't find the food list sheet. If you've made any changes, you might want to download a fresh copy.

Re: Zone Diet Spreadsheet

Isn't the drop down menu based on the food list also? My drop down menu seems complete. I'll try downloading again and see if that helps.

Re: Zone Diet Spreadsheet

The spreadsheet is awesome and I have started using it on my diet. I am trying to work in a few more items..........what in the heck is the formula that you use. I have spent a few hours trying to figure it out.
Thanks.

Thanks! To add food items just use the macro I built in. Are you asking for the code for the macro or the formula used to grab data from the food table?
