Good week

I don't think I have posted in this forum before, but I'm fired up and nobody around me understands why (but you people do).

I've been CFing a little over a year and have never had a week like this. For the past 8-9 weeks I have done a strength/gymnastics program with very limited metcon (nothing over 10 minutes except for Murph and Cindy). I have had 11-12 PRs in this time.

The last four days have looked like this:

Fran: 4:03 PR by 14 sec
30 Muscle-ups: 6:16 PR PR by 1:35
Front squat: 270 PR by 5 lbs.
Deadlift: 430 pounds missed PR by 5 lbs.
Cindy: 26 rounds + 5 pullups PR by 2 rounds

Excellent work, Gant. I'm in the midst of a PR run as well (9 days in a row, actually), which I attribute to increased intensity post-certification and a full week of recovery while out of the country. I'm curious to know what you suspect has led to your own impressive run.

By the way, killer, well-rounded PRs all around. Congratulations!

Your results speak for themselves. Your program must be working! Heh.

I'm going to do Cindy in the park tomorrow, planning on a PR myself!

Gant Outstanding work Bro! It has taken me to see this empirical evidence in myself to do just the WOD and see the PR's. I feel better feel stronger.

Get this i have a group of Guys that are driving an HOUR one way to train. One guy said after his first intro day of CF, the next morning he woke up he just felt stronger! I told him to hold on and see what 3-4months in will be like!
