I was reading a thread sometime last week and now i can't find it. There was a link in the thread to a gymnastics website that showed some simple moves to help build strength.

Hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I have been through all the topics, but i still can't find it.

TIA

Also try www.drillsandskills.com (a great website run by regular contributor Roger Harrell of CrossFit Marin).
