Creatine Alternative

Taken it off and on a few times and every time I've use it. I get nasty head aches and feel like crap afterwards. Anyone else have this problem? or can suggest an alternative to Creatine?

Thanks in Advance!

How much are you taking, and are you just taking plain creatine or are there other ingredients?

Re: Creatine Alternative

You might need to give it a full week if you haven't already.

More likely cause is that creatine requires an increase in water intake, and if you're not getting it, you might get dehydration symptoms such as headaches.

I seriously, seriously doubt it is dehydration. Rather, it is likely he is using a product with a lot of impurities. I hate to push stuff here, but try my Creatine 500. I will refund you if you have any such issues using it.

Gonna give you a +1 here.

Was skeptical about Creatine after I had a rather bad experience with it not too long ago. Bought a cheap product from GNC(I don't remember the name of it) and had massive digestion issues, headaches, and stomach pain. Didn't touch the stuff for awhile.

Figured I'd try it since your company has a good reputation so I ordered some with Nitrean. Have not had any issue with it and you definitely have a satisfied customer.

Re: Creatine Alternative

I haven't tried Chris's creatine product, but I use Now Foods creatine powder, no issues for me.

First time, plain mixed in with Whey, and was taking recommend dose. might have even slimmed it down a little. (A little hesitant with recommend doses)

Second, was mixed in with other ingredients.

Going to give it another round and see how it goes, this time i am going to strictly watch my water intake and see if that makes the difference.

@Barret that's a nice alternative

Last night dinner was a nice piece of fresh NY strip (Wagyu Beef) :drool:
