I am not at a level yet where I can go without carbs but I find that basing my meals around fat greatly reduces my need for carbs. Otherwise I have not been particular about carbs. I'd like to get on a carb cycle at some point, but right now I'm just excited about being able to go more than a few hours without intense carb cravings.

Greg-thanks again, your posts here are partially responsible for my illuminations about saturated fats.
