"Strength" Training

I go to a "24 Hour" globo (they let me use chalk and have yet to yell at me for anything).

This was in their newsletter... It's so horrible.

Not only are there half squats; but they're half squats with the same weight they're doing curls with.

The stupid stopsign plates also suck ***. Their old location was awesome, and even had a platform and bumper plates (unfortunately, before I knew anything about weightlifting).

I work at one. The new location that I got promoted to had bumper plates and a platform, of course they took it out the day before I got there. lol.

stop sign plates are really annoying when you're deadlifting.
