Knocked into retirement

Mirko

Trigg

I'm glad Mirko has finally figured it out and I really wish Frank had done better.

Re: Knocked into retirement

Cro Cop should retire, he looked downright timid against Dos Santos.

I didn't see the fight but I think they should give Trigg a second try.

Re: Knocked into retirement

Maybe he lost because
1. the duran duran entrance song
2. He stuck with a horrible game plan for the fight
3. He was as aggressive as a newborn kitten. while JDS looked like a pitbull.
4. He looked like a tired old man

It's a shame this is how most people will remember him (or will remember him getting ko'd by Gonzaga), but he used to be such an exciting and dominant fighter. Have fun in retirement, Mirko.

Maybe he can reclaim his dangerous side back in Japan.

Looks like Frank is going to get a second chance after all.

Re: Knocked into retirement

mirko can not fight unless he is allowed to move forward. watch his footwork when forced to move sideways or back - his feet are badly out of position
