Have you tried the book and it not work for you? Do you have a shoulder problem? Would you rather try a holistic approach, costing $24 bucks (or less). Or did you recently have shoulder surgery?

I will respond after time...with honesty...on my results.

No CF hate here. Been doing the main page WODs for 7 months, regularly contribute to the comments and message boards, and am attending my first cert at the end of March. Not too sure where hate came through.
