Sectional qualifer spacing of wods

I was wondering if any one had any insight as to how far apart the wods for the sectionals will be spread out during the day,or how far apart they were spaced in the past? Thanks.

Re: Sectional qualifer spacing of wods

It depends on how many workouts are included.
Last year at the Western Canada Regional we had a total of 4 workouts.
WOD 1 was an Amrap 20 min and heats ran from 8-11:45am
WOD 2 was a 1km run and heats ran 5-7:30pm

WOD 3 was a 1RM lift and heats ran 8-11am
WOD 4 was "Jackie" and heats ran 1:30-4:30pm

It is completely up to the organizers of the event. But if you are training for the sectionals/regionals, you should train 2 or 3 a days with various times between. Be prepared for 1 hour rest and be prepared for 6 hours rest.
