I'm sitting here in the library at the Webb School in Claremont and I saw the Fran workout today and got all misty eyed. It's my fav.

Any one down in the area who wants to visit or see how we train discus throwers...drop by. It's secure here, but still cool.

I'm slowly getting discus types around...check that...back to their roots with crossfit concepts.

Had to reply. Some of the older guys at the master's meet this weekend remember you, vaguely.
