I like reading everyone else’s journal so I figured I’d post mine too. I started a MMA class a couple weeks ago and I love it. I want to improve my overall strength so I decided to add an extra heavy lift day.

11-5-06

Deadlift

5 x 215 I was going to go back down but decided to save my energy

One arm pushup

Notes: Energy felt good. Could have done more.
