Question about 1-1-1-1... reps

I'm pretty new to just about any type of strength training and have never done things like 1RM lifts. I've been doing the Stronglifts 5x5 program for the past few months and am at 80 lb for overhead press, with the last few reps being very difficult.
So for something like today's WOD, do I start at something like 75% of what I've been doing and work up 5 lb each rep. For instance, I would start with 60 lb and by increasing 5 lb each rep, my seventh rep would be 90 lb? Or, since I was doing 5x5, should I expect to be able to do more by the seventh rep, so start with higher weight?
This isn't worded very well but, hopefully, some of you will understand what I'm asking. Perhaps I should have posted this to the starting up board. I tried to search on 1 RM but had no luck; maybe better search criteria. Any links to CFJ articles discussing this would be much appreciated. Thank you for your input.

maybe you should seek out some instruction from the coaches at crossfit lynnwood ?
