How consistent are you in your movements?

How consistent are you in your movements when working out?

By this I mean does your proper execution fade the more tired you get or the more you rush to get something done?

By executing a movement over and over again is one thing but being able to always start and always finish in the exact same position is another thing.

Being consistent also makes you more efficient in your moveoments.

So what do you say?
