Seated Muscle-Ups

Okay, on the crossfitbrandx site, where the WOD's are scaled, they mention a "seated muscle-up"

I have searched through the exercieses and demos page and can't find anything on this.

What is a seated muscle-up?

excellent muscle-up progression (wfs) piece on the journal from Leo at CrossFit Evolution, covers quite a few different techniques, something similar to the seated muscle-up but with band assistance...

I use the seated band assist MU-really good to work on the transition! I'm still a long way off from an unassisted one-

This is the progression that got me to finally do muscle-ups! Get your powerbands out and go to work. Backing into the band is the best way to get into it.

I've really liked Leo's use of the body row MU, especially to start training the false grip from an easier startpoint.
