Rest Days

What do people do on rest days?

Obvious answer is rest but do others undertake 'active rest'?

I tend to do a long stretching session and a good long walk maybe even a couple of miles of swimming.

Liam-if you scroll down to the bottom of this page right now, you will see a listing of similar threads that will probably give you a lot of good information.

On rest days, I just rest.
