You must indicate whether your links are Work and Family Safe (WFS)-even the message board. That's just our policy!

NO...no way...you didn't really do that, did you? Nah, must be an optical illusion, you know, 'cause I'm an eye guy...

Couldn't be...

Wow! My 17 year old son is always asking what Connor did for a WOD or lift. Thanks.

I see more great lifts in his future. OK, not exactly going out on a limb with that prediction.

By the way, he has perfect technique as well. Good coaching!

Re: CFSB - Ask your questions here!

Hello all, hope you are having a great Saturday!

I am in need of some advice/ideas. My question is do you think I would benefit from CFSB or main page.

Some data on me: 28/5'8/200

DL 3RM - 315
BS 3RM - 255
SP 3RM - 125
PC 3RM - 165

I read the article on relative intensity today and decided to do Fran today and it was the first time I did it as Rx'd. My time was 9:15. I had to break all the sets up. Thrusters I did 21=14/6/3 15=5/5/5 9=5/4 Pullups were 21=8/8/5 15=5/5/5 9=4/3/2

I've done a heavy (I think Metcon) of 3 rounds for time of: 15 burpees & 5 225lb DLs for a time of 8.30

Helen: Around 15 minutes.

Those are some benchmarks of mine anyways. So I would appreciate the advice if you think I would be better suited for CFSB or mainpage. Thanks, I appreciate all that everyone contributes to the community!

Re: CFSB - Ask your questions here!

Ryan, that's kind of a question you have to ultimately answer for yourself according to your goals.

With a BS 3RM of 255 I would guess you're breaking up the thrusters in Fran because of a form or fatigue issue rather than a strength issue, am I right? How long have you been crossfitting? If not that long, I would say get a solid base from doing main page for at least six months even if you have to scale the wods.
