How much more have you been eating?

My press seems to have stalled at 105#. Even went to 5x3 and didn't make 110#.

Re: CFSB - Ask your questions here!

Keep making PRs in the front squat - 215x5 this time. For reference, last month I pulled a 185 lb. squat snatch and a 215 lb. clean & jerk, so my weakness is, well, my weakness. I should be able to snatch bodyweight before too long if the 3-5 rm keeps doing its thing.

Re: CFSB - Ask your questions here!

That's awesome, Andrew! Clean & jerk and snatch are also my weaknesses, would you mind writing your CFSB routine here or PM'ing it to me? Thanks!

Thomas,
I don't think I was eating all that much more, definetely cheating more during that time period though. But def not purposefully eating to gain at all.

Re: CFSB - Ask your questions here!

Has anybody played around with the programming to add more squatting? I know SS has people squatting 3x a week - would this be too much volume in addition to metcons?

Re: CFSB - Ask your questions here!

Your already squatting 2x per week in this program, BS and FS. Adding more IMO, would be too much. Remember, SS is a novice program, CFSB is an intermediate program wherein you are just not going to have the same leaps and bounds as in a novice/ss program. I think everyone is seeing progress in their BS as written.

You like my snatch, huh Sean? I'll get some pics and a video up one day soon

I'm about 6'3 220, but I look to be about 200. Don't know where that extra 15 lbs. comes in, but I think that I must have a heavy heart hoohh!! Body fat, not sure. Pretty low. I have brown hair and emerald eyes

I can deadlift about 475, back squat about 275, and front squat about 230, so there's my discrepancy, and why I'm not yet considered "strong". I'm working on rings, ropes, front squats, and doing the CFSB-style of programming. I'll update in a month for 'ya, and again after the summer.

But yeah, I like working the snatch
