Indoor Rock Climbing WOD

Anyone have any Ideas or more importantly used an indoor climbing wall as part of a WOD (either top-roping or bouldering)?

mtnathlete.com (WFS) -> workouts.

Jackson Hole gym with Crossfit style workouts, but much higher volume and more specific to climbing, mountaineering, and skiing. Great site. 5 stars all the way.

Re: Indoor Rock Climbing WOD

What specifically are you training for?

The mountain athlete workouts are geared more toward alpinism, where endurance and "durability" are very important.

Don't get me wrong, I do a lot of their workouts, and am a big fan but the Alpine stuff is where my heart is. If you're just interested in cragging and vertical rock climbing your time could be better spent elsewhere.

CrossFit Sunnyvale has WOD alternatives for climbers on most days. Go through the archives and you'll find some very good ones.

Re: Indoor Rock Climbing WOD

Flying Fran seems like a pretty good WOD for people who's looking to add some power and explosiveness to their climbing (campus, dyno, etc.)
