Re: Dietary Confessions of a Crossfitter

This is not so much a confession of guilt, but a prediction. I'm going away with mates over the up coming long weekend, and will be strictly on what I like to call the vitamin B diet.

Four days of Beer, Baked Beans, Bacon & Eggs, and more Beer

Time to say goodbye to those recent gains!!!

Re: Dietary Confessions of a Crossfitter

Ok..I don't feel so bad. As a Hindu, we have so many religious days throughout the year. ALmost one every month and sometimes several and that invovles getting together w/ friends and making desserts at home...which means they are always around and I'm always tempted and if I'm starving due to poor planning, then the sweets are ready quick fix!! I've been trying so hard to eat completely clean but have been failing since September. Try harder I guess!

Re: Dietary Confessions of a Crossfitter

A small pizza (half BBQ chicken, half "the works"), a slice of carrot cake, two croissants, some pita chips, 10 cubes of chocolate, two big scoops of mango sorbet.

Although somehow... I didn't really enjoy eating any of it...

Re: Dietary Confessions of a Crossfitter

man, I need to step it up on the cheat meals. I used to be so much 'better' - there was a time I could eat half a cake.. whatever happened to me

well, I'll be in 'the big apple' this weekend - i plan to eat whatever the hell I feel like, I'm sure it will be 'wheat-central' lol.

Re: Dietary Confessions of a Crossfitter

this is relieving. as much as i want to focus on my diet, a good cheat day goes much farther in focusing on my sanity.

that said tomorrow is the company's halloween party. there will be a bake-off competition. i am trying everything in my power to be a judge. if the positition has already been filled, i fully plan to dive headfirst into a wheelbarrow full of mounds bars.
