"Nasty Girls"

3 rounds for time of:
50 Squats
7 Muscle-ups
135 pound Hang power cleans, 10 reps - 10.32

Squats unbroken
Muscle ups felt very strong and mostly no kip
Hang Power Cleans done completely with no technique , muscled up, always lose my technique when doing anything Hang when in a rush!!!

Richard: I think this is a fast time, all the muscle up work recently seemed to have paid off.
Better work on that HPC technique Scott, it made you lose 2 minutes apparently

Re: A Bears Tale

Hey Scott, I was just curious if you follow the English Premier League? If so, which team is your favorite? I am so jealous you live where you do to be able to watch those games live!

No Richard they cost me 3 minutes. If I had not tried to do the correct technique I would of been much faster. Someones beat my OHS challenge score as well now, I am going outside to punch something.

I follow a team called Ipswich Town , they are not in the premier, they are 1 league down. They play there games about 2 times a year on TV because of the bad standard i guess!! Some of my friends follow Tottenham so when they play I go to the pub with them. They hate Arsenal and Chelsea and I must admit it pleases me when these two lose. Do you follow an English team Nick?

Re: A Bears Tale

Scott, just curious. Have you ever thought about doign the hybrid program with heavy weights, and also on some days main page WOD's as well?
Wondered if you or rich had thought about this?

I do know Ipswich Town, smaller club, but solid fan base. I follow Liverpool FC. Have loved watching them play for years. We are the same when it comes to watching Arsenaland Chelsea lose.

I have to put up with a bunch of Man U fans here in the states. A buddy of mine is from Manchester and is a die hard fan. So when they beat Liverpool I have to hear it for weeks.

Re: A Bears Tale

Christin - yes going to gym to hit the challenge in about an hour. Pacing my house with 4 words running through my head "20 reps a minute". 157 hurt last try , but I feel more fresh in the legs today.

Lance - Still working hard I see mate, hope to see you hitting some WODs in the gym soon.

Richard - I think RIchard is already doing the hybrid strength programme if you mean the one with the 10 min heavy wods. I prefer to stick with the main page and add whatever I think I need to do. Also i prefer the gymnastics side to the Oly lifting side.

Nick - Good result last night mate, 2-1 to Zenit and Scholes sent off, hope your having a good laugh at your Man U comrades. Here is the south of England we call people who follow Liverpool 'Southern Scousers', so I guess your a 'USA Scouser'.
