Re: Gina Johnson's Log

Steven,
You are such an incredibly huge help to everyone. I've learned so much from you. Thank you for your continual generosity of your knowledge.

Yes, I love the contrast showers, they're great.

It seems to me it all comes down to common sense. I certainly don't want to get sicker. Although George's advice to go full speed ahead w/ my next WOD is what I'll do today minus the run he had suggested. He might be right, that just may work for him but I can't afford a relapse again. I'm just not sure if that would work for everyone. George is quite the specimen!

Re: Gina Johnson's Log

Ok, didn't do WOD yesterday but will today. Literallly ran out of time. Had 3 clients plus the kids to put through a workout.

Did abs w/ judi and sherry

hspu...so close to the floor, no longer need Tommy's science book!

had to cancel tennis w/ Cira today in order to get prepare for audition.
Have another audition today for another bootcamp class.
Will do friday's WOD when i get home

about 95% back to myself. Equilibrium STILL off head / feels very unfocused

You gave part of that 5% to me, didn't you?

We should both be over it soon enough.

Re: Gina Johnson's Log

You've got a thirty second handstand? It seems if I want to avoid any sense of inferiority here, I'm going to have to get better balance or a whole lot stronger in HSPU's.

Managed an approx. four second hold yesterday. I'm getting there!

Re: Gina Johnson's Log

How is the muscle-up coming along, Gina? I feel almost like I'm at square one again with those since I lowered my rings (kipping virtually impossible now).
