Hey Folks-

My wife and I are headed out to Canyon Ranch in Tucson. www.canyonranch.com

Has anyone ever been? Any do's or do not's?

We are really looking forward to this "Healthy" Vacation. I am curious to see their meals and how they are prepared for us. Also curious to see the types of workouts they have in the various classes.

The massage/spa treatments they have...well...look just AWESOME!

Sam,
In terms of the meals, be sure to know these things:

While it seems like a restaurant, you're free to go back as many times as you want to get more food.

They do serve grass-fed beef, in small portions.

Don't be afraid to customize your order.

In the menu, they'll give you calorie counts, fat g, and protein g, they don't give you carb g (if you're trying to do hardcore Zone on vacation).

It's very easy to eat well/healthy there and still feel like you're on vacation.

Make sure to try all the different places to eat.

There may be a CF-style class there by now, if you want that.

Good info! Thanks all. I can't wait. Never been on this type of a Vaca.
