After checking out the site, I would say the Ice Chamber is pretty close to doing Crossfit, if they know it or not. Oly lifting, GHDs, Rings, Running, Rowing, KBs. Varied, Functional. Not sure on the intensity, or how hard they push themselves.

Looks legit. I would check it out if I were in the Berkeley/East Bay area. Looks like a sweet setup.

And it seems one, or both, of the trainers is/are Crossfit certified.

Kevin,

Rules for all you link-posters: (From the announcements section)

1. Include the subject of the link in the message text.
2. Indicate if it's not work safe/family friendly in the message title.
3. Provide a sentence or two that summarizes if the subject is not clearly explanatory.

You'll get one reminder, and then I'll delete any link posts that don't meet this criteria.
Thanks.

Spotted them a year or two ago on this forum (I live in the bay area, but not that close to them).

Their facility looks pretty sweet!
