Sounds like DelayedOnsetMuscleSoreness coupled with poor life habit or recovery methodologies. Basically eat and sleep more and tone down stress. I'm sure that sounds dandy and all and may be daunting.

If your body is in not so great shape day to day, your immune system is gonna be crushed by a hard wod.

3-6 hrs sleep a night is something that must be rectified asap. Is the crazy job worth screwing yourself up with sleep deprivation? The kids you can't help i suppose
