Re: NSAID Usage

I'll experiment with about 3g of Omega-3's per day for 3-4 weeks and see if anything improves. That equates to about 9 pills per day. Trying 3x3 in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Just had my bloodwork done last month for a physical, so if things do improve dramatically on this dosage, I'll probably get another set of numbers to compare to.

Re: NSAID Usage

I think I will taper off now, and see what kind of results I am getting. My diet has not been traditionally high in natural sources of fish oils, so that probably has some effect as well. Anyways, sorry to highjack the thread.
