Justin over at 70's Big knows his stuff. Specifically pay attention to what he says about "butt wink" during BW squats.
Yeah, it's a good article, but I'm not so sure I agree with the principle that because you have a pelvic tuck under in BW squats that it won't be an issue for loaded squats. In my observation and experience, that same tendency tends to carry over to loaded squats as well, and that's where you get into trouble. Yes, hip external rotation (knees out) helps a lot, but it's not the whole solution. You still need activation of the erectors and multifidus to keep the lumbar from tucking under at the bottom and causing problems under load.
