BCF's workout log

12/16/10
German Volume Training Upper body
Double 55 Kettlebells
Double Military Press alternated w/ Pullups
10 sets 61 presses, 46 Pullups
Turkish Getup
1 set 5R,2L
1 set of 3,L
10R,10L alternating hands
5 minute walk.

10 sets of 8 Squats alternated w/
10 supersets of 8 Deadlifts/Double Swings
1 minute rest between squats and deadlifts/double swings
80 total reps of squats, deadlifts, and double swings
Double Windmill 3 x 5,5
5 minute walk

One Arm Swing R,L x 5 Clean and Press R,L x 2 Goblet Squat x 5, Rows, R,L x5
Rest :30
One Arm Swing R,L x 5 Clean and Press R,L x2 Goblet Squat x 5 Row R,L x 5 Slingshot x 5 in each direction
Rest 90 Seconds
3 rounds
Tabata Protocol
Two hand swings 70 lb. 8 rounds 20 seconds on 10 off

Double Military Press alternated with Pullups
10 sets 55 Presses (1st 4 7 reps, 5th set at 6, 6th at 5, 7-10 at 4)
Pullups (First 4 x 6, 5th set at 5, 6-10 at 4) 49 Pullups
Turkish Getup 3 sets x 5,5 w/ 55 lb kettlebell
Walk 5 minutes.

Right hand
1 hand swing x 5
snatch x 5
clean and press x 5
squat x 5
row x 5
switch hands and repeat
Rest 2 minutes in betweeen rounds.
