Back squat singles 140, 150, 160, 170 and 175kg

Pull ups - 3 x 20

26.11.10

Split jerk singles - 80, 100, 110, 115, 120f 120kg

Boxing - 1 hour

27.11.10

10 Tonne challenge done (@ half BW)! 42.5kg Back Squat x 59, 42.5kg Chest to Overhead x 59, 42.5kg Deadlift x 59, Pull Ups x 30 - 10.53.

Might be a few days till i get to train so

Strength

Press 3 x 3 @ 72.5kg

Conditioning

5 x strict pull ups, 10 x pistols and 15 push ups AMRAP 10 minutes - 7 rounds + 4 pull ups

then

1 arm jammers x 10 per arm - 20, 30 and 40kg

then

caldron's 20kg - 2 x 10

then

80kg jammer cleans - 2 x 5.

Done!
