Result= 26:24

Wednesday
Bench, Pull

Body weight Bench Press - Max Reps
Strict Pull Ups - Max Reps
x 5 rounds
Score with total reps preformed
Bench 80kg, Chins
Round 1 - 13 16
Round 2 - 10 13
Round 3 - 7 12
Round 4 - 8 11
Round 5 - 6 10
Total= 102 reps
Is harder than it looks made next workout very hard.

20 Push Press 50kg
30 Pull ups
Result= 4 rounds (13 Box Jump)

did it twice as i didnt start the stop watch before i started 1st set

Starting to get the flu and not feeling very good, decided to harden up and do the workout any which turned out to be a horrible idea as i performed poorly and feel even worse now.
Tuesday
