10x2 Speed Deadlift @60% (190#)

4x8 Walking lunges @ 35#

3x12 Reverse Crunch

3x30sec Bridge

Bench Press 8x3 @ 170# (failed on the 3rd rep of the 6th set)

Incline DB Press 3x10 @ 50# (only got 7 on the 3rd set)

Seated Cable Row 4x10 @130#

Prone Trap Raise 3x12 @12.5#

Side Lying External Rotation 3x12/side @ 12#

Side Bridge 3x30/side

Close Grip Chins 4x6. I really suck at these. 6, 4, 4, 3

Pushups 4x10

DB Flys 4x8 @65#

DB Rotations 3x12

Walking Lunges 2x8/side @ 30# (program says to go easy this week on these)

Reverse Crunch 3x12

Plank 3x30sec

Blessed low volume week. I need it!
