m 17/6'1/264

1st WOD today, having followed CF for a few months I've finally found some time outside my busy rugby schedule to get some CF in.

Sunday 23rd October 2010

Warm Up - Running technique drills and dynamic stretching
Death by 10 metres - 13 rounds, 910m covered

Would probably have done another round if I wore some cleats rather than VFFs on wet grass!

Just played in a festival for my college rugby 2nd team other the past 2 days, came out as plate winners, which is quite an achievement considering we were playing against a load of 1st teams! Haven't been able to get much CF in due to the preparation to the tournament, will try to get some in next week.

Rugby training for 1 hour.

Weights

Drop broad jump 4x3 - basically drop from a bench then do a broad jump
Back Squat 4x4 - finished at 140kg atg
Shoulder Press 4x5 - 50kg throughout
Weighted Plank 4x30s - 25kg throughout
