DT's Log

I haven't kept an on line log in a while so I thought I would start it up again. I have been strength training with a crossfit feel, and working on oly lifts. I train in the mornings at the gym (who freaks over some of the cf exercises), and will try a body weight wod at home in my garage 2 to 3 nights a week. This was the first time I have reduced weight and went up and reps and down in rest. I wanted to puke. I'm squeezing my 3 days in consecutive this week cause my new baby boy kept me and momma up late Sunday and Monday night.

33 year old male
230lbs.
BF somewhere around 20-25???
5'8"

10-13-10 (am)
Back Squat 3x10x225 with 90 sec. rest between sets
Press 3x10x115 with 90 sec. rest between sets
Deadlifts 3x10x225 with 90 sec. rest between sets
Bench Press 2x10x225 1x7x225 with 90 sec. rest between sets.

I took about 2-3 minutes between exercises.

Re: DT's Log

Have been out awhile trying to let my neck settle after my first couple of chiropractor visits. I started having migraines about 5 weeks ago and they wouldn't go away. Since I never have any kind of headaches, I figured something wasn't right. The adjustments seemed to have worked well and are staying in place. I have the go ahead to get after it again so I'll be in the gym in the morning.

Re: DT's Log

11-9-10 am
Bench Press
2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 with 60 sec. rest between
295-295-295-295-295-315-315-315-315-315

Deadlift
1-1-1-1-1-1-1
225-275-315-365-385-405-315

405 is my PR but it felt so rough today I went down for the last single instead of trying to better it. I guess the time off has me alittle weak.

Back Extensions 2x20
