Surprised at how difficult the ring rows were. Squat still needs work, but better than a month ago!

After some instruction from Andrew, I tightened my shoulders, locked out elbows and felt more engaged in the core. Coming along.

Time: ? Not recorded, but nobody should worry that it was a record.
Squats getting better in warm up. Neg Ring Dips have greatly improved as well.

I didn't remember my max, but guessed #75. I see now that my max from last week was 135, so I should have been lifting @101. I need to keep a book at the gym. 1st day with 5fingers. They felt good. I wonder if there is a company that caters to polydactylism? Probably not.

Andrew helped greatly with suggestion on deadlift form. Thanks.

'Only did 2 rounds. 'Was about to puke. It has been a rough week. I guess I have Jody to thank for this.
