1 Deadlift the first minute,
2 the second,
3 the third,
continuing until you can no longer complete the amount of deadlifts in the minute.

I'm off the mark. still learning form. 10@ #75

Knees To Elbows
Push ups (touch your body to the ground/deck and lift hands from the ground for each rep)
Pull ups
with 25 double unders at the start of each round.

21:08 --- DU were mostly attempts, Knees went to waist, Green Band.

Jerk Session
On the minute for 20 minutes (five racks 155/135/115/95/75, maximum 4 people per rack).
At the start of every minute, the first of up to four people will complete one Jerk at that rack's weight. Then the second, third, and fourth person (if applicable) will complete their Jerks before the end of the minute. Choose a weight that will allow you to focus on skill, and not on pushing your max. This is about form and repetition. Get it?

Then...
AMRAP 10 minutes of:
10 Jerk (95/65#)
10 Box Jumps (24/20")

Jerk Session : 45#
AMRAP 4 rounds 20" 45#

53# and Rope alternates.
Completed, but my time not noted because I felt so bad. Back coming around finally. I'm just glad to have survived today. I felt like it was week 1!
