Okay, I made it through the first workout. PVC and Lockout only. Time was 47:13. I nearly puked. Not a great start, but it was a start nonetheless.

Wednesday - 105.
Green bands pullups and resorted to knees on pushups. Saw stars on squats, but my form is improving.
Frustrating, but again, there is plenty of support to keep me going.
