Last night's workout was tough for me but I managed to do all RX...ripped my hands on the pullups though!! That hurts so bad!! Finished in 27:51.

Tonight's WOD is:
"The Ultimate Core"
400m Run
21 OHS 95/65 FB 135/95
42 Box Jumps 24/20
400m Run
15 OHS 95/65
30 Box Jumps
400m Run
9 OHS
18 Box Jumps

Today is day 2 for this week in my 100 pushups program. Sets are as follows:
Set 1:10
Set2: 12
Set 3: 8
Set4: 8
Set5: Max...at least 12

Depending on how I feel and how my day goes, I might go to a spin class on my lunch too but we will just see how the day plays out.

Finished the workout the other day in 15:31 and completed my pushups..my max was 16. Took yesterday off because I was sore.

Today's WOD is:
TGIF Sandwich
30 Double Unders
40 Clean Ball (Med ball clean into wall ball) 20/14
50 KB Swings 53/35
100 Butterfly Sit ups
200 FT OH Plate Lunges 20k/10k
100 Butterfly Sit ups
50 KB Swings
40 Clean Ball
30 Double Unders


And day 3 of the pushups program is:
S1: 11
S2: 15
S3: 9
Set4: 9
Set 5: Max (at least 13)

Should be a good workout!

Finished yesterday's workout in 25:24...my hamstrings are feeling it for sure and my arms are sore from pushups.

Todays workout is:
Crazy 8's
AMR in 20 minutes
8 Reps of each exercise using the same load
Dumbells RX 35/25 FB 45/35
Renegade Rows
Box Step-Ups with Dumbells rx20/16" FB24/20" 4 reps each leg
Push Press
Front Squats

Did that last workout in firebreather and in 6 rounds. It was a real struggle for me so I took yesterday off. Today's WOD was:

200m run
15 hang power cleans
25 box jumps
400 m run
15 hang power cleans
25 v-ups
100 double unders
25 v-ups
15 hang power cleans
400m run
25 box jumps
15 hang power cleans
200m run

rx was 65lbs for girls and I did 88...my goal is to get to firebreather of 95lbs for the lifts. Finished in 22:07. Also did my pushuo program which was:
set 1: 14
set 2: 14
set 3: 10
set 4: 10
set 5: max... At least 15...I did 20

7 Thrusters 110/77 FB 135/95
7 K2E
7 Deadlift (same loads)
7 Burpees
7 KB Swings 53/35
7 Pull ups

MOD: 14 Push ups instead of HSPU

Last night's workout KICKED MY BUTT...I was disappointed in myself because after 3 rounds I ripped my hand and had to use a band for the pullups and still struggled with them! Not a good night for me...my time was 39:19. Did modified HSPU and just did 14 regular pushups instead. Besides that and those stupid pull-ups everything else was rx'd. Hoping to redeem myself tonight.

Tonight's WOD is:
"Cyclone"
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

10 SDHP 95/65 FB 110/77
20 Box Jumps 24/20
30 Wall Ball 20/14

"Every Rep Counts format".
Total Rounds and total reps.
Example: 1 round = 60 reps
A Score of 6 Rounds plus 10 SDHP would give you a total of 370 reps.

Feel like my workouts have been weaker...feeling like I am not getting stronger. Not sure if it is my diet or what. Also feel like my weightloss or fatloss is stalling too...getting a bit frustrated and hoping to kick it soon!!

Felt great after yesterday's workout...didn't do the rowing...got to the gym too late. Felt like I sorta redeemed myself from the previous workout. I completed 5 rounds and then I was half way through wall balls to get my 6th round when time went off...so my total reps was 345. I also didn't do my pushups...Tonight's WOD involves a lot of pushups so that will be my pushup program for today. I am REALLY going to try to get myself to row or sprint or something after the WOD today too..

Today's WOD is:
"FUNdamentals"
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Push Jerk 95/65 FB 135/95
Front Squat (same load)

Start your workout with 10 Push ups, then stop and do 10 Push ups on the minute, every minute until you've finished all exercises.

Finished the workout in 22:07...that is 220 pushups!! I started out with 77lbs but when I was still in the 8's after like 5 minutes I decided to go down to rx of 65lbs. Then, I am not sure exactly where I switched to pushups on my knees but it was at around 10-12 minutes I think. This workout was HARD and I didn't think it would be so hard!

Today is my REST DAY...shoulders ache, legs are sore, my whole body is sore...gonna relax today and hit it hard again tomorrow...even though tonight's WOD is 2 benchmarks and is SOOOO tempting to go!! I will be better off taking the night off!!

ALrighty...Saturday's WOD:
3 rounds with as many reps per minute each exercise..continuosly..one minute rest between rounds:
Dumbell hang power cleans (25lbs)
ring dips (mod box dips...2 reps =1)
Kettlebell swings
russian twist with plates (10k)
burpees
I did mod ring dips and my score was 327.

Sunday:
4 rounds:
10 clean and jerks (77lbs)
400m run
30 box jumps
30 wall balls
Finished in 29:53

Plus my pushup program of:
reps: 16,17,14,14,20

Today's WOD:
"Sweat Fest"
400m Run
50 Jump Squats
400m Run
25 Toe to Bar
400m Run
50 OH Plate Lunges 20k/10k
400m Run
25 Burpees
400m Run
50 KB Swings 53/35
400m Run w/Plate (same load)
