Week 3 of 5/3/1

Was doing 5/3/1 of military press and deadlift and in the 7th lift of the last set of deadlifts my back gave out. Strained a muscle or something...

Going to have to rest the next week or so and then see how my back is... no heavy lifting for some time also!

Very frustrating...

First workout for over 2 weeks. Took some time of because of my back.

Was giving my back a testdrive today... took Cindy.

Amrap 20 min
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats

Finished 17 rounds + 5 pull ups and 5 push ups.

Let's see how the back is tomorrow! Hopefully I can start doing WOD's again but no lifting until next year I think.

Really hard to start again even though I only took 2 weeks off.

Today we did Tabata x 5.

20 sec work, 10 sec rest x 8. 1 min rest between workouts.
Double unders
push ups
sit ups(i did 20 sec planche because of my back)
pull ups
squats

Lowest score counts.

Double unders 30
push ups 4
sit ups 0 (did planche instead)
pull ups 5
squats 15

Not my day, still sore from doing Cindy on monday!

30 air squats on the minutue for 20 min.

I finished 17 min so it was 17 rounds x 30 reps = 519 squats

Still having some trouble with my back, but I think it's moving in the right direction.
