Saturday Feb 22

5 rounds of
max 60 lb thrusters
pullups light band

Round one: 8 thrusters, 10 pullups
Round two : 6 thursters, 8 pullups
Round three: 6 thrusters, 10 pullups
Round four: 6 thrusters, 11 pullups
Round Five: 6 thrusters, 10 pullups

Thursters are SOOOOOO hard!

Rest day...
My right shoulder is really sore...I hope just sore and not tweaked in some way! actually my whole right arm is sore from my forearm up to my shoulder
I blame the thrusters!!!

Monday Feb 22nd
three rounds of 5-8 single leg squats

three rounds for time of
75 squats
15 knee pushups
15 pullups with light band (half dead hang and half kipping)

18:47

My shoulder/trap was still bothering me a little today but is definitely much better than yesterday...didn't bother me too much during the WOD...my arms just felt weak during pullups..a little frustrating!
Looking forward to the run tomorrow...back in my comfort zone

Went to a yoga class at my gym and was amazed at how much stronger I was than before Crossfit!

Went through the mechanics of squat clean from the floor and push presses.
Then did a metcon of 30 squat cleans and push presses
