Friday 2/12
30 minutes of the following

3 rounds of 250m row, 12 55lb power cleans, and 15 55lb thrusters
plus another 250m row and 10 55lb power cleans

This was by far the hardest workout I have done at crossfit yet! BRUTAL! Not sure if I was tired from the week or if it was just really challenging...but, it was HARD! I do think I am getting a bit more comfortable with the power clean though so that's good

Burpees and knees to elbows
12:10

This was tougher than I thought it would be! But, it was a great workout and I was sweating bullets!

Monday, Feb 15

Max Press 55lbs! up from 50 a week ago

AMRAP 8 minutes -

4 45 lb presses and 1 15 sec handstand hold
8 heavy sandbag/dumbell swings
12 ab wheel rollouts

I did 4 complete rounds.

Tuesday, Feb 16th

Today was a crazy workout! I enjoyed the variety of it.
My time was 29:10 of the following:

15 55lb squat cleans
30 toes to bar (more like 3 toes to bar and the rest were knees up as high as I could get them)
30 jumps on a stack of plates
15 dead hang pullups with light band
15 push presses with 20 lb dumbells in each hand
30 double unders
15 thruster with 20 lb dumbells in each hand
30 kipping pullups with light band
30 burpees (these are so tiring!!!)
33 walking lunges with 15 lb plate over my head.

Felt pretty strong today...my foot is still bothering me a bit from a slip on the ice over the weekend..but its definitely on the mend
My shoulders are tired from the presses and thrusters but not sore yet!

Nice work, Anna! And sooooo true... this was absolutely brutal! But it's not like I even noticed cause I was busy trying to do more things!

"Words of Wisdom by Liz Edmonds." I'm right there with you Anna. I was sitting on the rower feeling like I was gonna puke from the anticipation/nervousness. Tabata is just crazy hard. GREAT JOB.
