Josh Daniel's Food and Workout log.

:Morning PT:
4 mile jog increasing pace by 30 seconds every half mile until at a 6 minute mile then repeat backwards. (I can easily run consecutive 6min/miles simply warming up for PT)
10 rounds Cindy with hand release push ups.
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats

3x5 115# thrusters

turkey bacon
1/2 waffle

avg: 600cal
