Losing the Moobies

Well, I decided to post a workout log. Right now I am 6-4" 295lbs.
My goals are to lose my moobies. That is all for now.

Today was Grace in 18:00 with the girls weight, 95#. Slow I know.
But a personal best also, I rowed the 500m warm-up in under 2:00, it was 1:50 to be exact!!! I usually do ~2:15 or so. I decided to burn it up today.
The firsrt two days I hurt like nobodys business. After getting over that, I havent felt it since and I really want it back. I feel as though I dont work hard enough. Hopefully tomorrow I will feel it. I want to feel the pain. It makes me think I actually worked.
