Thursday 19th & Friday 20th

Thursday 19th August

Open gym, worked on pistol progressions on a box, got 2 deadhang pullups with purple and red (maybe black?), 5x5 kipping pullups with purple, 1 with 2 reds, and 2 in a row with black band
Also, 5x3 ring dips with red & black bands.

Friday 20th August
Rowing Nicole
6 rounds and 40 pullups on purple and red band (first time dropping down this assistance).

10 sumo deadlift, 95lb
10 toes to bar
50m sprint

"toes to bar" was more "knees up"

Thursday August 26

Open gym
Burgener warm up

One legged sled pulls, 25lb
For 2 minutes each, 30 sec rest between:
Walk forward, sled on right foot.
Walk forward, sled on left foot.
Walk backward, sled on right foot.
Walk backward, sled on left foot.
For 1:30 each, 30 sec rest between:
Walk sideways (inside), sled on right foot.
Walk sideways (inside), sled on left foot.
Walk sideways (outside, with crossover step), sled on right foot.
Walk sideways (outside, with crossover step), sled on left foot.

Friday August 27

WOD:
1. Push press
6 x 3, 65lb

2. Pushup pyramid (with partner)
1-10, 10-1

Oops, I fell off the logging wagon.

Rope climb, made it to the top for the first time

October 30
Back Squat 3-3-3

1-6 Lunges
1-6 Sit ups
1-6 Squats
1-6 Russian twists
w/ 15-20ft sprint after each round (ie 1 lunge, sprint, 2 lunge, sprint... up to 6 lunge, 6 sit ups, 6 squat, 6 russian twists)

Now that I'm thinking about it, I wonder if I should have completed a sprint after the last round? Oh well.
