Finished last night's WOD in 11 rounds plu 8 HPC..they switch the workout to 10 HPC instead of spectaculars. I did 88lbs which felt good.

Tonight's WOD is:
My Buddy and Me!
4 Rounds:
20 Wall Ball
20 Med Ball Situps with Overhead Press
20 Med Ball Cleans
200m Overhead Med Ball run

Men: 20#, Women: 14#

***Use the buddy system! Keep your buddy within arm's reach at all times. An unattended Med Ball means 10 Burpees


Plus I have back squat for my 5/3/1
