Brian C girlfriend dip log

Yeah, I don't know if that title is wierd or not, most likely yes. I am starting this log, which will probably be of very little interest of anyone else, so I can keep track of my progress toward the unusual goal of doing a set of 5 dips with my 130 pound girlfriend harnessed to my waist (we go to a rock climbing gym, and with much coaxing she has agreed to suspend her harness from my harness with a carabiner and let me do dips with her).
I guess a little background is in order: I am 20 years old, 175 pounds, following crossfit principles for a year or so, 5'11'', with dark wavy hair, just kidding.
Currently I am primarily training for the Berryman 50 mile trail run in St Louis which will go down on May 17th 2008, running 4-5 times per week, and doing 5 or so workouts per week consisting of either ME or strength based metcons.
Back to the dips. Currently I can do a solid set of 5 with 80 pounds, my goal is to get to 5x135 pounds (to account for some squirming, I guess) by June 1st or so. That's 55 pounds in about 18 weeks. that's about 3 pounds per week, let's say 10 pounds every 3 weeks. Doable? I hope so. I probably won't get to dip more than 2 times per week, so I will try and make those sessions count.

If anyone has any advice, strategies, encouragement or anything else besides "hey Brian, not gonna happen" I would love to hear. THanks

BW + 45 x 5 reps
BW + 55 x 5 reps
BW + 70 x 5 reps
BW + 75 x 5 reps
BW + 80 x 5 reps

1 set of 8 BW dips every 30 seconds for a total of 10 additonal sets.

Next time:
Try 3 sets with 75 extra pounds after two escalating warmup sets, then drop to another few sets with 45 or so pounds for maybe 8 or so reps

Friday I did some back squats, Saturday I did some weighted pullups and RDL's tonight:

Weighted Dip:
BW+ 45 x 5
BW+ 55 x 5
BW+ 75 x 5 x 3
BW+ 45 x 10 x 2

then 5 max strict pullup sets, 4 sets 15 bent over rows with dumbell, and of course, abs.

Next session weighted dip goal:
after warmup sets do 2 sets with 80 lb, then last with 70 or 75 as felt.
Short term goal:
get one set of 5 with 90 pounds by February 15th.
