It seems like every workout I've reached some new PR, and it feels GREAT. I've never seen anything NEAR as quick results that CrossFit has brought.
I started CF back around mid September. Then I could only do about 8 dead hang pull-ups, no MU, 13 rounds of Cindy and about to pass out, etc etc. Here in mid January (just a mere 4 months later) I'm doing 22 dead hang pull-ups, 3 MU's in a row, 17.5 rounds of Cindy, and feeling the best I have ever felt in a long time (not to mention losing a inch or two at the waist).
Thanks again Russ for getting me into CrossFit. Life would have been so boring without it, and I would have been so out of shape. It's nice to see those quantifiable results :-)
