Not overly impressive BUT I finally got it, I performed the offical crosfit warm up 3x15 no modifications or Subs, yes the pull ups where in sets of 5-3 but mostly fives. It took me a little over 20min (would have been sub 20 if i didn't have to wait to do dips on the last round). But considering it took me longer than 25min (from memory)to do the 50 pull-ups(cfwu pull-up total 45) for Eugenes birthday im pretty rapped, And i still had the energy and strenght to do the OHS/HSPU WOD.

Fiona good for you,and it looks like it worked for you. I like to keep my cfwu at least under 20mins even better 15 mins. Also I rarely have pullups in them and sometimes dips. Mostly things I am weak at like ohs, ball pushups and hs practice and double unders. Situps of some form and back work also. I also like the hatch dome wu too..

That's great Fiona. That warmup is way beyond most other 'full' workouts. I don't always do the full thing but usually the OHS, situps, and back ext. Sampson St. I always do post-WOD.
