Tabata
Pyramiding
Reverse Pyramid
EDT
Supersets
Trisets
Giant Sets
Cluster
Straight Sets
Max Sets

Forced reps,where you strip the bar of a few pounds after you can't do anymore with the weight you were at.

That doesn't really work too well with bodyweight exercises. Medicine balls, I suppose, if you had a bunch of differently weighted balls.

I plan to do heavy singles in the weight room. For now I'm just going to bench. I just got 31000 dollar scholarship per year so my dad has agreed to get me a weight set!

Where are you going to use it? (the scholarship, not the weight set)
