Quite a while back I tried doing the hands and feet together OHS for the first time at Jason Lake's lab, I moved about 2 inches down. Since then I've been playing with narrower grip OHS's and now I can do the real deal...well not with virtuosity quite yet, use this months journal to see where I'm lacking:

Nothing to add except that you're in a position that I can't get to.

Is that Sox in that background? I need to do his WO again.

Sorry Sox, I've always had male dogs.

Graham, IYO what were some of the more effective flexibility exercises you used to achieve that?

That's awesome work, Graham! Your back is very nearly completely upright - shouldn't think there are many of us that could get close to that.

I really like my shoulder blades in the second photo...freaky.

Will, air squats, OHS's (mix the grip width) and O-lifts. Do them in your warm up/cool down, and get down as far as possible.
