With things the way they are at work, I cannot get to a gym, so I'm working out with my new 'bells and my pull-up/dip station. My WODs are really fun and I thought I would share some of them with you.


5 rounds (I didn't time it, but it was probably 30+ minutes):

30 1 pood swings, 10 dips
5 pull-ups, 3-4 clean, press and overhead squat
10-15 between the leg passes, each side

Yesterday was just a fun day with Clean and presses, bent presses, etc.

Now, I have to get more bells and a sandbag. I'll be to the point where I don't need a gym.

Time it next time, you'll be amazed at what having to report a time (even if it's only to your workout log) will do. The amount of acomplishment you will feel if you ever return to this workout and can do it in half the time will be amazing.

If you get a second one pood, between that and your pullup and dip station you can actually sub pretty much anything there is in the official WOD.
